Splittable fiber is prepared by two kinds of polymers that are completely different in chemical structure and incompatible with each other through conjugate spinning. The two polymer components are orange petals in the fiber section. The raw material components are PET and PA6, the general ratio is 7:3, which can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

At present, we mainly produces splittable fibers in 16 petals and 32 petals. They’re generally opened by spunlace or needlepunch, then get high-end fabrics made by ultrafine fibers.
